On 30 September tourists in Moscow can enjoy real Russian tea at our Dacha.
After the excursion in Museum of Soviet Dacha we will make tea in samovar. We will brew Ivan-tea according to an old Russian recipe. Tea is served with cakes and jam.
Ivan-tea (kiprey) begins to bloom in early July. We collect flowers and leaves of the plant. Fermented dried leaves and flowers are used to prepare delicious useful tea.
